Frequently asked questions
I only have the CAT part number. Is that enough?
Yes. From the CAT part number we prepare the quotation: overhaul of your unit, exchange cartridge, or complete replacement, each route priced and scheduled. A photo of the data plate removes any doubt, and if the engine is a twin-turbo 3500, tell us which side as well.
Do you supply remanufactured CAT turbochargers?
Yes: remanufactured references (the 20R numbers), new units and complete cartridges — and the overhaul of your own unit when the timeline allows it. On 3500-series gensets, the cartridge swap is usually the fastest route back to full load.
