Turbochargers for power, cogeneration and industry

Generation engines, cogeneration plants and process industry. We work inside your outage window — and respond when the outage wasn't on the calendar.

WHAT WE DO

The outage, with fixed scope and schedule

In a plant, every hour of outage is energy not produced. The turbo overhaul is planned inside the engine's maintenance window, with scope and schedule agreed before a single nut is turned.

  • Planned outages with fixed scope and schedule
  • 24/7 emergencies with field engineers deployed to the plant
  • Experience with Jenbacher, MWM, MAN, Caterpillar engines and more
  • On-site balancing when the rotor cannot leave the plant

THE FULL CIRCUIT

Turbo and intercooler, in the same outage

A fouled intercooler steals the power the turbo delivers. We service both in the same window: turbo overhaul plus cleaning, repair and leak testing of the heat exchanger — adding no downtime.

  • Intercooler overhauls for Jenbacher, MWM, MAN, Caterpillar engines and more
  • Spare parts for plate heat exchangers from the main brands
  • KBB and PBS retrofit matchings for gas and diesel engines

INDUSTRY

Stationary and process applications

Compressors, pumps, heavy machinery: wherever a turbocharger is working, we service it. Including when the manufacturer stopped doing so years ago.

  • Multi-brand diagnosis and repair
  • Retrofits for discontinued equipment
  • Spare parts and exchange cartridges

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can you fit our outage window?

That's the rule, not the exception: scope, parts and schedule are closed before the outage, and the work is sized to fit the window — intercooler included when due.

Does the load profile affect maintenance intervals?

A great deal: a turbocharger on base load does not age like one on a peaking plant or standby gensets — start and load cycles consume fatigue life, and prolonged low-load running erodes the nozzle ring. We tune intervals and cleaning to the plant's real profile, not to a generic calendar.

What if the engine is old or discontinued?

We recondition what can be recovered and, when the turbo has no support left, we propose a retrofit with matchings by engine. Ask for an assessment: if it doesn't pay off, we tell you.
