Marine turbocharger service

Merchant vessels, fishing and offshore. Overhaul during a scheduled call, attendance on board or emergency at anchorage — coordinated with the agent and class so the port call doesn't stretch.

WHAT WE DO

In port, on board or in the workshop

A main or auxiliary engine turbocharger doesn't wait for dry dock. We work within the port call: the cartridge is overhauled or exchanged while the vessel operates, and the paperwork is ready for class.

  • Overhaul during scheduled calls or emergency at anchorage
  • Service in Spain's main ports and a worldwide network
  • Field engineers attend on board, backed by a 24/7 emergency line
  • Exchange cartridges to shorten downtime
  • Members of IMPA and EMISA

BRANDS

The turbocharger brands found on board

Genuinely multi-brand: we cover the turbochargers fitted to the main and auxiliary engines of merchant and fishing fleets.

SPARE PARTS AND BEARINGS

Parts to the port, bearings to the test bench

Genuine and proven equivalent parts, shipped to port or shipyard with export packing and full documentation. And the bearings of marine turbochargers — VTR packs, sleeves, oil pumps — are reconditioned in a dedicated room and pass through the test bench.

  • Identification from the nameplate: brand, model and part no.
  • Shipping to any port, with ISPM-15 treated wood where applicable
  • IMO parts verified by LR or DNV GL on request
  • Free standby equipment storage in Madrid or Algeciras
  • 12-month warranty on genuine and equivalent parts

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can you attend on board, without removing to the workshop?

Yes. Our engineers board in port or at anchorage and solve on the spot whatever can be solved there; if the cartridge has to come out, logistics are coordinated with the agent to return it within the call window.

What documentation does the vessel receive?

Every job is delivered with its service report: measurements, clearances, balancing and final test. The paperwork is ready for the superintendent and for class.

Do you work with mixed-brand fleets?

That is our typical case: one fleet running ABB, MAN, MET or Napier turbochargers depending on the vessel. A single point of contact for the whole fleet, with the same reporting standard.

What if the vessel doesn't call at a Spanish port?

The network spans 4 continents: own stations and partner points along the main corridors. Tell us the next port call and we arrange attendance there.
