Maintenance of marine turbochargers. First, one of our technicians will immediately travel to the location of the breakdown (whether at a cogeneration plant or onboard a vessel).
Next, they will diagnose the issue and restart the turbocharger.
In addition, if the cause of the failure is already known, our technician will arrive with the necessary spare parts.
That is why our turbocharger maintenance team undergoes continuous training.
This training is both practical and theoretical, and it is supervised by experienced professionals.
Likewise, various OEM manufacturers organize specialized training courses for technicians. Our team takes part in these sessions, allowing them to perform both complex and routine tasks in a fast, professional, safe, and efficient manner.
Following our protocol, we sometimes take our portable balancing machine directly to the site, especially when it is not feasible to transport the rotor to a workshop for complete maintenance.

We perform inspection and repair work for all turbocharger brands.
Balancing
We have balancing machines that are calibrated and certified annually by the manufacturer in accordance with ISO standards.
These balancing machines are capable of handling rotors ranging from 100 g up to 2,000 kg.
Finally, all rotors leaving our facilities undergo a balancing inspection, and if necessary, corrections are made according to the manufacturer’s specifications.
Hardness test
All compressor wheels that enter or leave our workshops are subjected to a hardness test using certified equipment, according to OEM specifications.
This allows us to detect and prevent potential failures during operation, as well as to advise on the component’s condition.
Ultrasonic thickness testing
We also perform thickness control using certified equipment.
Likewise, we measure the wall thickness of the gas inlet and outlet casings.
Finally, with this measurement, we can also identify weak areas that may cause cracks and water leaks during operation.
