INTEGRATED QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY
TURBO INTERNACIONAL S.L., a company dedicated to the “SUPPLY, ASSEMBLY, OVERHAUL AND REPAIR OF TURBOCHARGERS AND COOLERS FOR DIESEL AND GAS ENGINES, AS WELL AS THE COMMERCIALIZATION OF SPARE PARTS FOR SUCH EQUIPMENT”, is committed to Quality and Environmental Protection, including pollution prevention and other specific commitments relevant to our business context. Therefore, Management establishes the following guiding principles:
- Maintain leadership in the management of the Integrated Quality and Environmental Management System.
- Maintain a commitment to complying with applicable legal requirements and any other requirements subscribed to by the organization, as well as compliance obligations related to the company’s environmental aspects.
- Determine the nature, scale, and environmental impacts arising from the results of our activities, products, and services, considering their life cycles.
- Establish committed actions aimed at the conservation of natural resources and the sustainable use of resources.
- Establish actions aimed at climate change adaptation and the protection of biodiversity and ecosystems.
- Implement actions and programs focused on preventing environmental damage rather than merely detecting it, under a commitment to continual improvement.
- Establish a framework for setting objectives and indicators focused on evaluating quality and environmental performance.
- Implement the necessary measures to communicate the results derived from the identification and evaluation of environmental aspects to all interested parties who require such information.
- Prevent environmental pollution by reducing, to the extent that is technically and economically feasible, the waste, discharges, and emissions generated by our activities, as well as any other impacts that our operations may have on the environment.
- Investigate the causes of environmental incidents or damage in order to learn from such events and implement corrective and improvement actions to prevent recurrence.
- Work jointly with suppliers, subcontractors, and other interested parties to improve their environmental performance and ensure sustainability.
- Maintain effective internal and external communication with all interested parties.
- Provide employees with the awareness, training, and education necessary for the safe and proper execution of their activities, as well as the application of good environmental practices.
- Ensure continuous analysis of all data derived from processes, implementing the appropriate improvements in each case based on the results obtained and the objectives established.
- Strive to achieve the satisfaction of our customers and other interested parties regarding the results of the company, particularly in relation to our activities and environmental performance.
- Ensure that facilities are properly maintained and that equipment is adequate and suitable for the company’s activities and objectives.
- Promote good environmental practices among our employees, subcontractors, suppliers, and all interested parties who act and interact with our company.
- Prohibit corrupt arrangements, extortion, bribery, and unfair competition practices involving customers, suppliers, government officials, or any other interested parties.
These principles are assumed by Management, which provides the necessary means and resources to ensure their implementation and compliance. They are communicated to employees and made publicly available through this Integrated Quality and Environmental Policy.
